Do I have a psychological stutter I feel like my stutter is closely linked to whatever my current level of anxiety in a given situation. I still stutter sometimes when I’m not stressed out but it’s uncommon and I can usually talk without any difficulty. Does anyone have any tips for managing the kind of anxiety that exacerbates my stutter especially in social situations or if I am fatigued or tired.
