People who don’t stutter (speak fluently without any speech impediments) usually tend to see people who stutter as having some sort of issue with the brain (cognitive issue), they’ll never understand how it is for people who stutter unless they through it themselves. Depending on how they are conditioned to view people who stutter, they will either see it in a negative spotlight, or it won’t bother them at all. It really depends on the person, there is no general answer for how every single person will view you.
