Thanks so much for your reply and for the resource, I will check that out. I forgot to post an update but I got diagnosed with functional neurological disorder, meaning that my brain isn’t communicating properly with my body but they can’t find a physical reason why. I also have other symptoms like crazy twitching and fatigue and weakness, among others. I did find a group near me and I’ll check it out. Thank you
