Virtual Presentation Help

Virtual Presentation Help New here, but long time stutterer (35 yrs, I think). I'm looking for a good text-to-speech program/app/service that would assist me in corporate Teams meeting presentation. I have to present a PowerPoint but do not have to be live on the camera. I'm looking into AI assistance in a realistic voice. I have a ton of ideas floating around my head (record AI voice somehow and replay on the live call, etc.) but don't know exactly where to go with this. Has anyone tried or have experience in this type of scenario? I could record the audio in advance and embed in the slides themselves, but I don't want them to know this is a recording.
