Thank you! I accepted the job today and there's some great advice from the comments. I totally understand what you mean by adapting your behaviour around your speech. I used to be like that when I was younger but within the past 2-3 years, I've tried to put myself out there more and I've become less scared. You got to get out of your comfort zone in order to grow!
