It's definitely unfortunate and something i discuss in therapy, but it's not uncommon among stutterers. Made a thread about it here a while ago and got tons of agreement, can find it if you want. It's pretty uneven to compare me being against hearing people stutter and to fluent people that don't want to hear people stutter. The reason that I don't like hearing it is because of empathy and because it reminds me of my own disability - that's not the case for fluent people
