It doesn't include subscription cash, patreon or paid promotion. It's strictly superchat money. Since Google takes 30% commission, Shuli would quickly lose his money faking superchats. Superchats have to go through Youtube's system. So say he faked $100 of superchats, he'd only get paid $70, and have to pay taxes on that $70 as revenue. You have to be pretty dumb if you think anyone fakes superchats.
