I like positive affirmations. It’s a fake it until you make it type situation. I am more than any obstacle in front of me. Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen. Sometimes when you are in a dark place you think you’ve been buried but you’ve actually been planted. You have been assigned this mountain to show others it can be moved.
