There's a long ass book, but it's largely self help by John Harrison. There's a free pdf located in our sidebar. Malcom Frasier's self help for the stutter is a classic. You can also get William Parry's book on his valsalva technique. A book is no substitute for therapy and the first tools I recommended would probably be just as much help to you as anything more "self help"
