What would you say to someone who doesn't stutter, who still has low self esteem or lacks confidence? Would you tell that person that their struggles are reflective of a lack of worth? Or would you encourage that person that they matter regardless and that they can find a fulfilling romantic relationship despite their doubts? Be as kind to yourself as you'd be to that other person.
