Does the dragon have dysfluencies throughout the game or in this one instance? Are they a stuttering dragon to mock or a high dragon who had dysfluencies because you beat him up? Would you have the same feeling if the dragon only had one arm? If he was blind and said something like, “I see you beat me”? If the whole game is riddled with silly jokes the one joke with a high dragon have disfluencies in his speech is the one to target?
