Try not to let yesterday’s presentation make you anxious about todays. Just because you had a bad stutter yesterday doesn’t mean it will happen again. Stressing out about it will probs increase your chances so it’s all about staying calming and not thinking about it. I know, easier said than done. My girlfriend stresses a lot about small things and I keep saying to her not to think about it until it happens. There’s no point worrying and ruining your day. Hope you can take something away from this
