Stuttering and Blocked Nose

Stuttering and Blocked Nose Hello ​ I have had a blocked nose for almost all my life, starting from 7-8 years old, my stutter also began at that age, and has continued so, I am currently 18 years old. Can these two factors be related, my nose is constantly blocked, and have scheduled for surgery(septoplasty) in the following months, I also do not breathe from my nose, and have sorted to breathing from my mouth. ​ I have noticed I have no secondary behaviours, when I block on a word, I just stay silent, and sometimes when i speak for a prolonged period of time my abdomen goes inward and i feel breathless. ​ My stutter is low-mild, with usually just blocks.
