I believe I stutter less during the calls at work but I do have bad days. The last two days of work, I've stuttered uncontrollably, I've obviously been speaking to fast or so but my mouth has been so dry despite the liters of water i was drinking and nose blocked. I always say my stutter is inconsistent and it is, it's always changing on how I stutter, the severity and on which words. Of corse there are certain words I'm more likely to stutter on such as stutter, prescription, clinic, emergency, electric, Saturday, and usually limited and monitoring. There's also certain phrases such as "this playback facility will not be available once our call has ended" and "I will just let the caller know you're on the line". Just because I'm more likely to stutter on these words and phrases doesn't mean I'm guaranteed to stutter on them, which is nice but harder to predict and often makes it harder to use certain speech techniques. I struggle the most with those two phrases, it's a pain in the ass. And thank you, there are bad days and bad sit periods (the time I'm taking calls between breaks), where I feel like walking out or handing in my notice but it's important to continue on. I've been in this job for roughly 12-13 months now and it's my 3rd job but my first full time job and my first call centre job
