When you conflate the matters, it's hard to see what you're asking about. :) - The _causes_ of stuttering are unclear. We're aware of various factors, but there's lots of variance. I haven't heard of anything along the lines of "these are the things a person can do to a stutterer to provoke stuttering in the stutterer". I imagine you should be able to tell that a thing like that isn't in the top of a list when it comes to stutter research. - As for "just ignoring" something that's politically motivated... well, if something's explicitly such a thing, it shouldn't be in here. This place is about stuttering. - --- - To _provoke_ stutterers into stuttering? Do you realize what you're saying? Who would teach such a thing? People working in the field of stuttering are not working to _provoke_ stuttering. - *EDIT: Speech therapy is not about what you can do to defeat an opponent by making them stutter!...*
