It's only only Hinduism which believe that, the Greek/Roman religions also embraced different cultures and religions with open arms. Pagan religions like Hinduism/Greek/Roman were political disorganised religions made to unite people of different places into one. This concept of that my God is the only one, from my knowledge originated in Abrahamic Religions. And yes, Caste is still a thing in Rural India(which comprises of the majority population of India). Caste politics is a very big thing in India. Muslims will vote to Muslims, Yadavas will vote to Yadavas, Kshatriya will vote to Kshatriya, Brahmins will vote to Brahmins. Agarwal's are not involved in caste politics, as our population is not more than 1% of the nation's population, as we are a highly endogamous community. Which sometimes lead to genetic deformity like Stuttering. You know there is a family story in my family that many ages ago one of our ancestors did a crime and was eventually cursed by a Brahmin that his descendants would have speech impairment, and breathing problems. And my lineage have genetic asthma, and some of my cousins are deaf or mute. I have stuttering. So they blame it all on that curse. He seems to be an amazing guy, I would have loved to meet him as I love fighter jets and aspire to make one myself when I grow up. Talking about my future spouse, I have ample time to find the one, the one who understands me, gets along with my mom, and is mature.
