I had a really bad stutter when I was a little girl as an adult I still stutter just not as severe. My three year old daughter is starting to show signs of stuttering we are going to have her begin seeing a speech pathologist. I wouldn’t let the fear of having a child stutter keep me from the joy of motherhood. I think as an adult I am more equipped to teach my daughter to accept her differences and to help her overcome her stuttering.
