A great job that helped me improve my speech was working at a movie theater. My general manager put me as an usher most of the time so I'm not constantly having to talk to guests if I'm not comfortable but also let me work on my speech with my coworkers when coordinating which theaters needed to be cleaned/attended. Exit greetings helped me get comfortable speaking with people I don't know as well. Eventually I ended up as staff lead running the floor and coordinating breaks between box, concession, and the floor so I was always on the radio. It was a very helpful in developing my speech and learning how to adapt with my stutter. Pay sucks though lol
