I would like to add one quick thing though: total acceptance is certainly the key, but when you mention “all kinds of stuttering,” I’m assuming you’re referring to things like blocks. This is a tricky thing to talk about, because while blocks are technically considered a primary stuttering behavior, I would argue that it isn’t stuttering at all, but rather a learned response to stuttering (as much as it may not feel like it - believe me, I get plenty of blocks too) however, if there’s no tension involved with a block because you’re using a modification technique like cancellation, that is also perfectly acceptable. But yes, generally you are correct!
