I have read his book twice, but never practiced the exercises religiously probably out of my own laziness. I believe he has identified the root cause, because i can relate. As in my case, my abdominal wall do get very stiff and i build up the air pressure unconsciously. It requires alot of conscious effort t change the deeply integrated neural pathways and as a result, i never got to be consistent for more than a week:/
