For me to reduce my anxiety I still use these tricks, BUT I don’t use it 24/7. I talk or try to talk normally, and if i start to stutter anyways. I stop, relax and repeat what I just said but this time i incorporate my stuttering techniques and usually it works. If it doesn’t work though, it doesn’t really matter as you can’t really help it.
