Alright this might sound a bit stupid or whatever but imma give you a little technique I learnt from speech and language therapy about a year or two ago. Basically when you speak, (I know EVERYONE says this but) speak a tad slower then usual and try to make your words flow, literally like a river so your words come out smoother. I totally get how you feel bro, I first started stuttering when I was about 3 and started therapy at like 6-8 (not consistently because I used to hate it and cry every single session because I couldn’t get any words out, still did hate it till last year) and nothing was helping until about 2 years ago. Now I’m 17, still struggling but it was really bad when I was about 12-14. Hope this helps may not help for everyone but at least give it a try, a good way to practice is by speaking to yourself and giving it a go. You don’t wanna speak too slow, just slow enough so no one realises. Next time you have a conversation with family or friends give it a go.
