Find a fluency program that works for you. I had incredible success with the SLP I found. Initially, I failed to make significant improvement with this therapist. It wasn't until I came back years later that I was able to achieve fluency. The only difference was me. I put in the work every day. I was serious about getting fluent. Work at your fluency. Do the work every day. Look in the mirror. See that you've had highs and lows with your fluency. Think about what that means. Your fluency isn't consistent. It's fluid. You have bad days. You have better days. YOU CAN MOVE THE NEEDLE. You can improve.
