Younger I was a severe stutterer. despite this, my parents encouraged me to not let it rule my life. And boy they were right. Don't get me wrong, there were hardships especially during my teenage years but little by little my confidence grew, my willingness to live life to the fullest and take charge of my disability became one of my main goals in life. I took every small victory I could, I grew my confidence and it seems like it got the wheels in motion. The road is long and hard but its worth it. Fast forward to today and I am an executive at my organization. I lead a small team and I regularly present to the executive committee (President, VPs, Director Generals). You an absolutely do it. You can chase your dream.
