This is nothing but a useless platitude. We are not at an advantage, because standing out from the crowd is an advantage when the difference is perceived as a potential advantage, and objectively speaking, a person with a stutter, all other things being equal, is worse at communication than a non stutterer. And everyone needs to communicate - this is not a niche human skill. It's like saying that mentally challenged people are at an advantage in life because they stand out.
