please don't say that my friend ! every evolution is hard , besides stuttering i was obese and now i got in such a good shape that people come to me for fitness advice and want me to work out with them. was is easy ? hell no , but after a decision to fight back , a good plan and a lot of consistancy along with determination i got to where i wanted to be and i'm still pushing boundaries. i'm not trying to show off that's the least of my concerns but i want more stutteres to feel that they can live ! that they can win this fight !! and as you said not all stutterers are similar , and that's why i encouraged you to seek to understand YOUR stutter .
