Drugs for blocking. Not anxiety.

Drugs for blocking. Not anxiety. Is it just me, or is 90% of the discussion around medication about stopping anxiety, being confident and carefree? Like, everything people recommend is just about that. For me, it's never been about anxiety, sure, it makes it worse, but my biggest issue has always been random blocking. I get blocks talking to myself, my cat, starting a song etc. Even on propranolol, I'll still block because I was never anxious in the first place. So, which of the usually recommended drugs actually deal with the issue directly?
