I don't like it and I have learned to live with it. I've dealt with it for over 25 years as well. I mean I wouldn't have accomplished the things I have accomplished in my life if I couldn't live with it. But it does stop me. Not all the time because as you said, we can't not speak. When I'm forced to speak, it can't stop me because in those moments I need to speak stutter or not. It's when I want to speak out of my own choosing, that's when it stops me. Making a phone call is a perfect example of wanting to speak but fear of stuttering stops me from doing so.
