The more you stress over a word, the more you will put expectations on it, and block yourself. Stuttering is vicious, it feeds on fear, shame and frustration. The best thing to do is to say the word slowly, without hurrying, and if you can't do it, do Erasm (a technique which consists of saying very weakly the sound on which you are stuck and the rest of the word normally, saying practically 'aking (and no, it's not annoying or incomprehensible) Otherwise, if nothing works, you can also (but I recommend it less) change words, or concentrate on the muscles of your mouth and tongue and speak "consciously" (by analogy, it's as if you were walking while paying attention how and where you put each foot on the ground, and normally if you stumble a lot, doing that a lot less then imagine that you are trying to observe what is happening inside you because you are blocking, and normally you will not be able to) I. strongly discourages the last two methods because they are only avoidance of stuttering instead of trying to accept living with it (because that's what really works in the long term to reduce it) in addition to being quite tiring (concentrating on each word it quickly becomes exhausting). I only gave advice that works for me, it may not work for everyone, the best I advise you is to look for a speech therapist, that's what can really help you
