Do any of you know if you had a babbling delay or speech delay as a baby?

Do any of you know if you had a babbling delay or speech delay as a baby? Or if you’re the parent, if you remember if your kid did? I have a 10 month old who isn’t babbling at all. My husband has a stutter and I had one as a child. I hope it’s related to that and he’ll catch up, but I can’t find any studies on it. I can’t help, but worry about the worst case that he’ll be non-verbal forever.
