Work on 'keeping the energy moving forward'. You can practice alone in your room reading aloud. Try stuttering on each sylable of a word. Play around with it. Maybe b b bounce the first syllable of the word. Our brains are so elastic (nueroplasticity) that practicing will train your brain and speech to stutter through words. The more and more you face your speaking fears the easier it gets. Starting out it the hardest part.
