I went through the same . I’m 34 but my stutter got worse around my twenties . After it was a mild stutter and then it was severe . After some years and supporting with a lot of speach therapy I got better but unfortunately didn’t get back to before twenties . You have to keep on with speech therapy , you will get better and better .
