I’m a preschool teacher too and got fluent while working last year! I did it the exact same way! Also, make sure to practice voluntary repetitions as much as possible, make eye contact, and begin speaking on an exhale. Try out singsongy speech (one of the few jobs it’s not gonna be weird!. Tell those kids allllll day long! You’ll make them stronger and more accepting humans!
