Actually I wanted to compare persons with mid stutter and persons with severe stutter. Not the same person having mild and severe stuttering experiences. I think it is easy (relatively speaking) for a mild stutter to be open about their stuttering. I have also noticed that mild stutterers are usually the ones who are like advocates for stuttering community. They get jobs in Sales and Marketing easily. But I am not sure if the same would apply for severe stutterers. I have yet to meet a guy who stutters severely and is in a top sales executive job. I am not ranting against people who stutter mildly. I just think there is a vast difference in how other people perceive them and us severe stutterers. And not all PWS share same feelings and thoughts.
