Neurological component and psychological component

Neurological component and psychological component I do to some extent agree that stuttering has neurological bases. But what if we were only left with neurological component excluding every thing else such psychological reactions , word fears and associations , avoidance behaviors, secondary behaviors and tensing up of the body that make the block longer than it is caused by neurological defect . If we do that we would still be dysfluent a bit but it would be easy and fluent stuttering (😂ik these two words dont quite go together ) which would barely be disabling or socially debilitating , it wouldnt interfere with communication that much. What do you guys think? Neurological defect might just be like a small glitch which in some cases might barely be noticeable. Its our own attempt to avoid stuttering that makes everything worse ,
