I’ve used it recreationally with a stutter and if there is an improvement it is minimal. It mainly just made me not care much about the conversations I was having which did take my mind off it and help me speak more fluently but at the cost of having no interest in what I was talking about. I’ve noticed the days/weeks after taking it are particularly worse in terms of speech for me.
