Actually magnesium and B1 i dont believe in them they work, people usually have placebo effect at start when they take them then with in few days or week it wears off and they are back to normal.. And yes you are right Stuttering requires a complete package For me nothing worked as well, hypnosis or speech techniques , then i decided to do something on my own and was able to come out with things that worked for me... If you want to try the path of medication, i will say first you need to fix few things and then start Medication...
