From a US perspective, jumping off what you said, the celebrities known to have a stutter are also known to have "overcome" it and are publicly hard to identify as having one. Joe Biden, Samuel L. Jackson, Emily Blunt, Wayne Brady, etc. Few openly stutter. That's great for them, but that also means it's not as visible here as it sounds like it is in the Netherlands. The closest I can come up with is the baseball player George Springer, but he's far from A-list.
