This doesn't sound like a common stuttering association. I tend to frown when I concentrate (e.g. in trying to explain something), because I grew up near-sighted, and the eye compensation has stuck. But that's not a stutter thing (as you can tell). Isn't the anxiety something you should be addressing separately?
