I went to therapy for eleven years when I was younger, starting when I was very young. It was incredibly helpful. I hope you have the benefit of a good therapist. Like someone said earlier, it takes time. The techniques the therapist teaches you aren't as important as their main job: helping you to stay comfortable and at ease with your stutter. This can take years, but I hope you have the best of luck!
