I would place the Adronian Speech at the top. The other stuffs (checking abdominal breathing, intentions, should act to support the main practise ~ lets call them supplemental practice). So my suggestion is: Primary Practise: Adronian Speech 15-20 minutes a day, or more if you feel like it. Also practise it in real life situations. Supplementary Practice: abdominal breathing etc. You can just try to incorporate them as you do your Adronian Speech)
