Do you have sources? All I can find is this: While research findings are mixed, vitamin D3 supplementation, in general, is not known to increase cholesterol levels. Some studies even suggest that vitamin D supplementation may improve cholesterol levels by decreasing total cholesterol, LDL (bad) cholesterol, and triglycerides, while increasing HDL (good) cholesterol. However, other research indicates no significant impact on LDL cholesterol levels with vitamin D supplementation.
