Definitely disclose. Please don’t try to use “take a deep breath” because it’s not necessary and will almost definitely worsen the situation. A block as described is actually a moment of brief fear/panic (having nothing to do with the water bottle, etc). Unless you have training in how to breathe into your diaphragm (from maybe yoga or meditation), you are probably taking a chest breath, which is a physical action which worsens what’s already happening. Instead, exhale. It sounds contradictory, but try it. What do you have to loose?
