I tried taking tyrosine and l dopa munca with not much improvements, i had episodes where every single word flowed out so smooth, usually after going for a karoke session and once was after my military svc in camp for a week.. it is more about the breathing pattern doing karoke.. Or doing more cardio.. maybe
