I'm going to save what you said about what stuttering actually is: *"It’s simply habituated thoughts and physical responses to certain situations and certain words/sounds that are continually supported by you reaffirming these responses when they occur...*" This is the most accurate description that I've heard yet. I've begun reading books about how the brain works, and it really makes a lot of sense.
