Any unintentional changes in mindset by you, alongside? You ever had social anxiety? If yes, how is it now? I agree about breathing part. I feel like I'm not breathing the proper way while speaking or while doing anything. There's something wrong the way I breathe. Learning more about it because I'm a stutterer, and fascinated by its mechanism. Read the popular book by John Harrison.
