Self confidence helped me quite a bit. ESCPECIALLY with the anxiety that comes with speaking. For myself, I had always wanted to stream, but was always afraid my stutter would hold me back. One day I took the dive and started streaming on twitch (and recently started streaming again). It forced me to talk and interact with others. Yes, I still stutter, and there are times where it's really bad. The thing is though, almost 99% of the people who have watched me don't care. And if they do care, they haven't made it known. It's given me so much more confidence than I ever had before.
