Of course man. And that's a dope response. The best thing I've ever done in my journey, was exactly that. Being able to feel the emotions and not run away from them. Being able to sit there and process them and see how they are just strictly energy that I view as unpleasant. Once I have mastered handling my emotions in social interactions, stuttering became a non issue. (Along with changing the way I perceive myself when I stutter and changing the way I perceive judgement from other people)
