Knock off that shame stuff. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF. It's a disability. It sounds like you're really struggling with it. Find a therapist to talk to. I'm not suggesting a speech therapist. But someone to help you work through your feelings. I usually advocate for speech therapy, but it sounds like you should prioritize your feelings and well being first.
