Did you say you had a stutter? I had to make a claim on the insurance and was told I was breaking up. Told then I stuttered. They apologised and asked me to continue. Didn’t interrupt after that. Really nice call in the end. Edit: video was a good watch. Interesting seeing what strategies other people use to deal with various situations,
